    3.    TreetopFit & J-Verse Missions Begin

    •    Youth workouts, Toesie Woesie footwork, yoga, rehab insights, and mental-strength routines.

🔹 Activity 1: Morning Reset (Mindset)


“Three-Count Breath” Drill

    •    Inhale for 3 seconds.

    •    Hold for 3 seconds.

    •    Exhale for 3 seconds.


Do this 3 times when you wake up.


Think of one word you want to carry today: focus, patience, courage, discipline, peace.


This is how kings start the day — on purpose, not by accident.


🔹 Activity 2: Healthy Food Check (Body)


“One Upgrade” Food Challenge

Sometime before the countdown hits zero today, make one food upgrade:

    •    Swap soda for water or tea.

    •    Swap chips for fruit.

    •    Swap fast food for something home-cooked or fresher.


That’s it. Just one.

“Five-Minute Check-In”

If you’re a father, uncle, big brother, mentor — ask the young king in your life:

“End Zone Drive” Visualization

Close your eyes for 30 seconds.

Picture yourself walking into your dream environment — the field, the classroom, the studio, the boardroom.


See yourself:

    •    Prepared

    •    Calm

    •    Locked in

    •    Finishing the play


This is a J-Verse ritual. If a young athlete can see the success clearly, they’re already halfway there.



🔹 Activity 5: Nighttime Reset (Reflection)


“Still I Rise Journal Prompt”

At the end of the night, ask yourself:

    •    What tried to break my energy today?

    •    How did I rise anyway?

    •    What did I learn from it?


Write down two sentences. That’s it.


This is the Still-I-Rise side of SONday — the part of our story that survived 17 bullets and still chose to build a universe for the next generation.
